- It has been built using top-quality materials, complies with current regulations and reference technical specifications;
- It is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 24 months from the delivery date, confirmed by the transport document issued by the Supplier and validated upon receipt by the Client or a Company delegated to receive the material, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties.
- The warranty will be provided through free replacement/repair of defective components.
- Repairs will be carried out at the manufacturer’s laboratory or at an authorized service center at the manufacturer’s discretion.
- The product must be shipped to the address indicated by the manufacturer during RMA assignment (return authorization number) in intact packaging, at the owner’s expense and risk.
- It will be returned, after repair, free of any charge.

The manufacturer declines all responsibility for any damages, direct or indirect, to persons or property resulting from improper use of the product. Warranty service does not include the fixed cost for transferring technical personnel to the user’s premises.
